in Panama is governed through the Foundation Charter and the Regulations (by laws), which allow
the drafting of benefits, obligations, beneficiaries, appointments of the foundation's
administration, and others.
One of the attractive components of the Panama Private Interest Foundation is that it can be used
as a vehicle or instrument of succession by defining in its by laws the transfer of property and/or
assets to the designated beneficiaries directly without the need to file a succession lawsuit in
Panama which will take more time and other costs.
Panama Private Interest Foundation has no commercial purposes but may exercise certain acts of
commerce from time to time for the benefit of the Foundation.
